You will be sad to hear Master Crocker will be away but Master Moodie will be in attendance for on of his high tempo classes. Wear a T-Shirt plain white or blue or a club shirt as it is forecast to be warm.

Why not share this message? We will be looking for new starters all summer. It is a great time to get off the sofa and start something new. Classes are always smaller and easy to walk into. Talk to you friends and family we really would like to fill the classes with new starters in the Autumn. If you need any advertising leaflets to hand to anyone speak to your instructor we usually carry them.
