Policy for Watching Classes

At Martial Arts For Life, we value the support and involvement of parents in their children's martial arts journey. Parents are encouraged to sit in and watch classes, and perhaps even build up the courage to join in one day.

To ensure a positive and productive learning environment for all students, we kindly ask that the following rules be adhered to:

  1. No Phones

    • To prevent distractions and maintain the privacy of all students, the use of phones is strictly prohibited in the Dojang.

    • This includes taking photographs, videos, or any activity that may produce sound.

  2. No Heckling

    • Encouragement and support are appreciated, but heckling or providing unsolicited advice to students or instructors during class is not allowed.

    • Please allow the instructors to lead the class without interruption.

    • We would prefer you to get involved by joining in!

  3. No Talking

    • Conversations should be kept to a minimum and conducted in a low voice to avoid disrupting the class.

    • Loud talking or any form of disruptive noise is not permitted.

  4. No Walking Across the Dojang

    • For the safety and focus of our students, parents and visitors are not allowed to walk across the Dojang while a class is in progress.

    • If you need to move, please seek permission from the instructor.

Please note that the privilege of staying and watching classes is at the instructor's discretion and can be revoked at any time if these guidelines are not followed.

By adhering to these rules, we can ensure a supportive and distraction-free environment for our students. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
